Butternut squash, mulled cider & chestnut soup, w/sourdough & paprika spiced butter (GF option available)
Local game terrine, in house piccalilli, crostini & baby watercress (GF option available)
Crab & prawn cocktail, avocado mousse, Bloody Mary dressing & seaherbs w/granary bread & English butter (GF option available)
Fig & red onion vegan cheddar tart w/Dijon truffle vinaigrette (VG)

 

Mains
Free range Norfolk bronze turkey, goose fat roast potatoes, winter greens & pigs in blankets w/turkey gravy (GF)
Herb crusted rump of Welsh lamb, pomme Anna potato, creamed spinach & braised spiced red cabbage w/lamb stock (GF)
Wild fillet of sea bass, confit fennel, nduja butter, crispy capers & fondant potato w/red amerith (GF)
Tomato, butter bean & leek open pie, vegan Parmesan & parsnip mash finished with vegetable herb gravy (VG)

Chocolate & raspberry bombe, orange chocolate liqueur & raspberry puree (GF)
