Please note the Fish Friday menu replaces the normal dinner menu on Fish Friday evenings but a selection of other Green Man dishes will be available.

Pan Seared Scallops sweetcorn purée, crispy pork skin, roast Brussels' leaves £12

Torched Mackerel pickled beetroot, salted cucumber, lime & coriander dressed rocket £8

Smoked Eel apple & bacon chutney, toasted sourdough £9

Hot & Sour fish soup £8

Citrus Confit Cod Loin creamed garlic mash, mussels, bacon crumb, samphire, shallot & white wine cream sauce £19

Seared Red Mullet citrus beurre blanc, fennel chips, confit potato, chive oil £18

Pan Fried Sea Trout roasted cherry tomatoes, grilled fennel, squash fondant, chilli & lemon vinaigrette £18

Baked Lemon Sole broccoli purée, roasted broccoli florets, capers, lemon & parsley sauce, Hasselback new potatoes £17
