Pick any 3 buns for £17 served with sumac fries & salad

 

Bao Buns: Chinese steamed buns made from a soft and fluffy white dough

Braised pork, Gochujang bbq sauce, spring onion white cabbage & sesame

Beef short rib, soy miso glaze, Asian slaw, coriander, crispy onion

Panko fried chicken, katsu mayo, pickled red onion, spring onion & soy cucumber

Sticky spicy cauliflower, Sriracha, fresh carrot & ginger slaw, coriander
