Caramelised Onion & Fig Tarte Tatin w/goats cheese, balsamic & rocket

Smoked Salmon w/Beetroot & Vodka Crème Fraîche, grilled sourdough, dill & lemon (GF available) Duck Liver Parfait, crostini, orange butter, onion fricassée & orange zest (GF available)

Roast Turkey, polenta tossed potatoes, honey roasted carrot & parsnip, panache of veg, braised red cabbage, bacon tossed sprouts, fresh pork stuffing, Yorkshire pudding & red wine gravy (GF available)

Wild mushroom, Truffle & Chestnut Wellington, garlic butter pomme purée, braised red cabbage & white wine cream sauce

Rosemary & Thyme Cod Fishcake, buttered vegetables, brie & sage velouté, cranberry & onion chutney

Venison Haunch, sweet potato & root veg rosti, braised red cabbage, buttered kale, salted raspberries & red wine gravy (GF available)
