Saturday October 24th 6-9pm. Menu £55 per head as follows:

Pumpkin and squash velouté, crispy pancetta, chive oil, croutons, balsamic (gf)

Prosciutto and fig stuffed bell peppers, goats cheese, olive oil (gf)

Burnt leaks on focaccia, romesco sauce, Parmesan v

 

Mains

Filet Mignon, red wine demiglace, roasted baby root veg, black garlic pomme puree (gf)

Corn fed chicken supreme, wild mushroom, potato terrine, hispi cabbage, truffle dust (gf)

Whole roasted stuff baby pumpkin, wild rice, garlic mushroom, chestnuts, fresh herbs, mushroom sauce (v/gf)

 

Desserts

Chocolate and rose tart, tonka bean ice cream, honeycomb (v)

Raspberry panna cotta, berry gel, brown sugar oat crumb, mint (gf)​
